CDAISP brings together cyber security, DevSecOps, cloud and AI security. Its purpose is to assess whether you can apply controls and explain the evidence behind your work. Paying for or completing the bootcamp never guarantees certification.
What it assesses
Applied skills in securing code, cloud infrastructure, delivery pipelines and AI systems, including the ability to explain risks, controls, evidence and limitations.
The connected skill areas
| Skill area | Work you practise |
|---|---|
| 1. Foundations & Threat Modelling | Map systems, assets, risks and trust boundaries |
| 2. Cloud & Infrastructure Security | Apply and evidence cloud and infrastructure controls |
| 3. Application & API Security | Investigate weaknesses and validate fixes |
| 4. Pipeline Security & Supply Chain | Secure delivery workflows and dependencies |
| 5. AI Security | Test AI features and constrain agent capabilities |
| 6. Assurance, Detection & Response | Explain controls, detections and evidence |
These are the programme skill areas. Final exam weights, pass thresholds and critical-fail rules are being finalised; they are not represented here as approved policy.
Learning progress and certification
Task completion, accepted homework, bootcamp completion, exam eligibility and certification are separate stages. Week-1 work is formative: it helps you progress and does not itself award CDAISP marks. The portal tracks your evidence and feedback. AI can assist marking, with human review by exception during learning. A human must confirm every certification decision.
The practical assessment
A 48-hour practical assessment on an assigned company repository: clone it, secure it and submit your changes and evidence, together with a short webcam-recorded explanation of your decisions. AI tools are allowed, but you must explain and demonstrate your own understanding. Two attempts are included. CDAISP is awarded only after passing the assessment and human confirmation.
Before your attempt
Your eligibility, assessment instructions, submission requirements and confirmed assessment rules must be available in the portal before you start. Final pass marks, weighting, critical-fail rules and any additional endorsements are still being finalised.
Your certification record
The portal keeps the assessment decision separate from your learning progress and external certificates. CDAISP is issued only after the required assessment has been passed and a human confirms the result. Public credential verification is planned; a preview is not proof that a credential has been issued.
Keeping your skills current
Certification maintenance, validity periods and renewal fees are being finalised. No annual fee, CPD-hour requirement or renewal price is confirmed on this page.
Attempts and support
Two assessment attempts are included in the bootcamp. Contact the Agoge team before an attempt if you need an adjustment or have a technical issue. Final arrangements for appeals, technical failures and any further attempts will be published before assessment opens. AI-assisted work must still be understood and explained by the candidate.
Human accountability
AI supports learning and assessment review; it does not grant CDAISP on its own. The Agoge team is responsible for confirming certification decisions and handling questions about a result. Detailed assessment and review policies are being finalised.
Enrolment and dates
The current bootcamp price is £599, with two exam attempts included. CDAISP is offered through the bootcamp. Your confirmed session and assessment arrangements are shown in the portal. Former students should contact the Agoge team to review their existing access and any returning-student offer before paying again.
Scope of the credential
CDAISP is issued by Cyber Agoge. It is a practical programme credential; no external accreditation or additional endorsement is claimed here. Completing training does not guarantee certification, employment or promotion.
